Hi Aleesa You looked like a pro in the kitchen! I liked the way you used the pictures to show us the stage by stage preparation of your cookies. Uncooked Anzac cookie mixture is very tasty. Did you eat any before it reached the oven?? I see there are cooking books on the 'epic' reading site. Perhaps you could take a look and maybe find something else delicious to cook? Cecil
